If this product has materials or workmanship defects (other than defects caused by abnormal or non warranted use) you can, at your cost, send the product to the above address for replacement or repair. Your rights under this warranty are in addition to any other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Also when working in awkward areas, the magnetic tip will hold a fastener before inserting into the any application, saving time and reducing frustration.

Equipment products are designed and manufactured for a specific purpose, and if used for purposes other than their intended use, will not be covered by the guarantee. Before returning items that may be deemed faulty please consider the normal wear and tear factor as some charges may be incurred if not deemed a warranty repair. Parts and Accessories are not covered under this Warranty. All warranty work must be carried out by a Kincrome Authorised Service Agent.

The new range of Kincrome Mirror Polished Sockets, Spanners & Accessories offers an alternative to the existing Kincrome range. The range includes the newly developed 36 teeth Ratchets designed in Australia exclusively by Kincrome available in 1/4, 3/8 & 1/2" Drive and a full range of mirror polished accessories including Extension Bars, Universal Joints, Spanners, Accessories and more. The Kincrome Mirror Polished Socket & Accessory range is manufactured from Chrome Vanadium Steel (CR-V) and meets and exceeds international standards, offering quality and value for money for the trade or home. The Kincrome Mirror Polish range includes Blow Mould Tool Cases, Socket & Accessory Sets, Spanner Sets, individual Spanners and 1/2” Drive Sockets.
