I have a product that needs to be repaired what do I do? Contact one of Kincrome preferred Service Agents whom will repair your product. How do I return a product for a Warranty Claim? How do I claim my ‘Tools For Life’ Bonus Items? Visit the ‘Tool For Life’ Redemption Form on our website or complete the form on the back of the Tools For Life catalogue, complete all criteria including your required documentation.
What do I need to claim my ‘Tools For Life’ Bonus Items? You will need a copy of your Tax Receipt or Invoice from your tool supplier for ‘proof of purchase’ to claim your redemption. You will also need to include a copy of identification of your TAFE/MTA college enrollments letter/form, ID card or letter from your institution or employer stating you are a current apprentice. Once received, this information will be assessed and redemption Bonus Item(s) will be dispatched to either the distributor or the end user directly. All redemption items are available for Apprentices only. You can upload a copy of your ‘proof of apprenticeship’ via the Online Form.
If I am not an Apprentice can I still purchase a ‘Tools For Life’ Tool Kit? Yes but you can not claim the ‘Tools For Life’ Bonus Items.

Who do I call if I have an issue with my application or repayment? Kincrome is not providing the Finance and so any queries regarding an application or payment should be directed straight to Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727.
What is the response time for Quantum to contact a customer who has completed the application form and get the ball rolling? Quantum Business Finance will contact you as soon as possible within 24 hours.
After this, what is the response time on the approval / decline or is this immediate? Approval / decline should be achieved within 24 hours.
Upon presentation of the invoice to Quantum, how long until Quantum settles the invoice with the store? Settlement will be within 24 to 48 hours.
Am I eligible for a Tax Deduction? You will need to discuss taxation needs with you financial advisor or accountant. Kincrome or Quantum are unable to provide taxation advice however some customers may be eligible for a taxation deduction dependent on their circumstances.
Can I purchase non-Kincrome products and finance it through the Kincrome Payment-Plan? Quantum Business Finance will only settle invoices with Kincrome distributed products on them and will not settle invoices with any other products on them so it is not possible to finance anything other than Kincrome distributed products.
Can I purchase Kincrome products from your website (kincrome.com.au)? No. While the Kincrome website makes it easy to browse our entire product range, all Kincrome Payment-Plan purchases must be purchased through one of our authorised distributors.
Am I required to pay a deposit? In most cases, a deposit won’t be required.
What happens if I want to return the product that I bought using the Kincrome Payment-Plan? Where a customer has bought the goods and the finance contract is settled, it cannot be reversed.
What happens if a product I bought using the Kincrome Payment-Plan has a warranty issue? As per the Kincrome Warranty Claims & Returns process, return the goods to the place of purchase for Warranty Assessment. In the event of a genuine warranty claim the goods will be replaced. The finance contract continues to roll on.
