Quantum Business Finance will only settle invoices with Kincrome distributed products listed. Quantum will not settle invoices with any other brands or products listed, it is not possible to finance any other product or brand other than those distributed by Kincrome including: KINCROME, SUPATOOL, FINKAL, LISLE, GORILLA or TOUGHBUILT.

Kincrome is not providing the Finance and so any queries regarding an application or payment should be directed straight to Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727.

Is Kincrome providing the Finance?
No. The Finance is being negotiated through Quantum Business Finance. Any queries regarding applications or repayments should be directed to Quantum Business Finance on Ph: 1300 707 727

Do I need an ABN to apply?
No, you do not need an ABN to apply. If you are a business owner, or wanting to apply with an ABN you can also apply. Contact Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727 to discuss your application.


Who do I call if I have an issue with my application or repayment?
Kincrome is not providing the Finance and so any queries regarding an application or payment should be directed straight to Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727.


How long will it take to find out if I’m approved?
Quantum Business Finance will contact you once they have reviewed your application and in the majority of circumstances you should have a decision within 24 hours.


Upon presentation of the invoice to Quantum, how long until Quantum settles the invoice with the store?
Settlement will be within 24 to 48 hours.


Am I eligible for a Tax Deduction?
You will need to discuss taxation needs with you financial advisor or accountant. Kincrome or Quantum are unable to provide taxation advice however some customers may be eligible for a taxation deduction dependent on their circumstances.





HOW DOES THE KINCROME PAYMENT PLAN WORK?

Can I purchase non-Kincrome distributed products and finance it through the Kincrome Payment Plan?

Quantum will not settle invoices with any other brands or products listed, it is not possible to finance any other product or brand other than those distributed by Kincrome including: KINCROME, SUPATOOL, FINKAL, LISLE, GORILLA or TOUGHBUILT.


Can I purchase Kincrome products from your website (kincrome.com.au)?
No. While the Kincrome website makes it easy to browse our entire product range, all Kincrome Payment Plan purchases must be purchased through one of our authorised distributors.


Am I required to pay a deposit?
In most cases, a deposit won’t be required.


What happens if I want to return the product that I bought using the Kincrome Payment Plan?
Where a customer has bought the goods and the finance contract is settled, it cannot be reversed.


What happens if a product I bought using the Kincrome Payment Plan has a warranty issue?
As per the Kincrome Warranty Claims & Returns process, return the goods to the place of purchase for Warranty Assessment. In the event of a genuine warranty claim the goods will be replaced. The finance contract continues to roll on.
