The following ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ is provided for Retailers as a guide only. For information on the Kincrome Payment Plan or your application please contact Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Quantum Business Finance will only settle invoices with Kincrome distributed products listed. Quantum will not settle invoices with any other brands or products listed, it is not possible to finance any other product or brand other than those distributed by Kincrome including: KINCROME, SUPATOOL, FINKAL, LISLE & GORILLA.

Kincrome is not providing the Finance and so any queries regarding an application or payment should be directed straight to Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727.




PROCESS

  • Your customer chooses Kincrome-distributed product worth over $1,500.
  • Non-ABN and ABN Holders can apply.
  • They either ring Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727 or fill out either the Non-ABN or ABN online forms to apply for credit.
  • Quantum Business Finance will then manage the application process for them.
  • Quantum Business Finance will advise you as to whether the invoice should be made out in the customer’s name or to ‘Quantum Business Finance.’
  • Quantum Business Finance will then settle the invoice with you.
  • Customer can then pick up their purchases from your store.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Is Kincrome selling tools direct or via a Click and Collect service?
No. While the customer may browse our website for products, the actual purchase will need to be made through an authorised Kincrome distributor.


Is Kincrome providing the Finance?
No. The Finance is being negotiated through Quantum Business Finance. Any queries regarding applications or repayments should be directed to Quantum Business Finance on Ph: 1300 707 727.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Do my customers need an ABN to apply?
No, an ABN is not required.  It is best for your customers to contact Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727 to discuss their application.


Who do they call if they have an issue with their application or repayment?
Kincrome is not providing the Finance and so any queries regarding an application or payment should be directed straight to Quantum Business Finance on 1300 707 727.


Upon presentation of the invoice to Quantum Business Finance, how long until Quantum Business Finance settles the invoice?
Settlement will be within 24 to 48 hours.


Are their purchases eligible for a Tax Deduction?
They will need to discuss taxation needs with their financial advisor or accountant. Kincrome or Quantum Business Finance are unable to provide taxation advice however some customers may be eligible for a taxation deduction dependent on their circumstances.





HOW DOES THE KINCROME PAYMENT PLAN WORK?

Can they purchase non-Kincrome products and finance it through the Kincrome Payment Plan?
Quantum Business Finance will only settle invoices with Kincrome distributed products on them and will not settle invoices with any other products on them so it is not possible to finance anything other than Kincrome distributed products.


Can they purchase Kincrome products from our website (kincrome.com.au)?
No. While the Kincrome website makes it easy to browse our entire product range, all Kincrome Payment Plan purchases must be purchased through one of our authorised distributors.


Are they required to pay a deposit?
In most cases, a deposit won’t be required.


What happens if they want to return the product that they bought using the Kincrome Payment Plan?
Where a customer has bought the goods and the finance contract is settled, the contract will remain in place even if goods are returned.


What happens if a product they buy using the Kincrome Payment Plan has a warranty issue?
As per the Kincrome Warranty Claims & Returns process, they can return the goods to the place of purchase for Warranty Assessment. In the event of a genuine warranty claim the goods will be replaced. The finance contract is not affected by a warranty claim and continues to exist.
