Thank you for shopping at ToughBuilt Australia! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For Change of Mind, Received Incorrect Item, Ordered Incorrect Item and Damaged in Transit orders, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Damaged in Transit excluded)

Your item must be in the original packaging and a proof of purchase may be requested by our Customer Service team if not already provided in the File Upload field in the form below.

For Faulty Items, please ensure that you provide images and/or videos of any issues that you are experiencing with your product.

Once we receive your return submission, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the outcome. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus the delivery fee once we receive the product/s back to our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery costs.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

When a return is required to be sent back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
